Applications are now being invited for the Dawn Lake Fund. 

Dawn Lake was the West Midlands Regional Women’s Officer between 1993 and 1996, and she died tragically young from Breast Cancer.

Dawn was committed to women’s development through education. As a lasting memorial to her, the Region established the Dawn Lake Fund, which is designed to provide financial support to women UNISON members in the West Midlands undertaking education which may benefit UNISON.

Application forms may be obtained from Anita Edwards at the Regional Centre. The deadline for applications is 30 July 2005.
