Most of these documents are in Word format, one is in Powerpoint format. If you don't have Word  or Powerpoint on your computer, you can get a Word viewer here, and a Powerpoint viewer here. To download a document : click once on the left hand mouse button. Depending on your browser, the document may just open, or you may be given the choice to open or save.  If you want to save it to your hard disk, that's fine, as long as you remember where you've put it. or click once on the right hand mouse button. From the resulting menu, choose Save Target As, and then you'll be able to choose where you save it. To open one of the documents, click once on the left hand mouse button. If you are given the choice, choose Open. If you are not given any choice, then it will open anyway.
