·       Go up the escalator opposite the exit barriers into the Pallasades Shopping Centre.

·       Turn left at the top of the escalator and exit the shopping centre by Woolworth's. (If it's busy and you can’t see your way out – just ask someone for Woolworth’s)

·       As you come out of the exit, walk down the ramp directly in front of you.

·       At the bottom of the ramp you will find yourself at a crossroads. Go straight on, along Corporation Street.

·       Beatties store will be on your right as you walk along.

·       Turn left up Cherry Street, along the side of the Rackham’s store.

·       At the end of Cherry Street is a Square with St. Phillip’s Cathedral, you need to head across the square for the far right corner.

·       Once you reach the corner of the square, cross Colmore Row, which is the road which borders the far side of the square.

·       Go straight on down Livery Street, which will now be directly in front of you.

·       The Regional Office is a tall white building on your left just after “The Old Contemptibles” pub.

·       The entrance buzzer is on your left.
